Sunny Monday

It's a glorious morning here in Green Bay, sunny and chilly. If I didn't have to go to work (and get my paycheck) I'd be out on the Fox River Trail walking and enjoying the view of the geese and the turning leaves.

October 5--Alfred Stieglitz & Clarence White, The Torso. Like a pair of randy teenaged boys, Al and Clarence smirked at each other as they stood behind the camera. They had asked her to model and were amazed when she agreed, even seemed eager. They met her at Wallace's party last month and Al had been the one to ask her out, to bring up the idea of her posing for him, for them. She said her name was Georgia, Georgia something Irish, and she said she was an artist, a painter, although neither of them had ever heard of her. At the moment neither of them cared, they were just stunned by the ease with which Georgie O'Something took off her clothes in the corner of the studio and how beautiful she was when seen through the lens. Al thought that maybe he'd ask her out again, just to keep her as his model, of course.

Have a great day. I plan to.
