Holy Moly

Today was the next craft & vendor show that GBB, EMB, and I attended. We all sold books but I hit the jackpot. Two separate people took advantage of my series special price (which just about floored me) and one of them asked me to throw in the Christmas book for five bucks instead of ten. I said yes almost before she finished asking. All in all, I sold 16 books. Sixteen! That's the most I've ever sold in one day. You'd better bet I'm wearing the same clothes next Saturday... although maybe my lip gloss was the draw. Whatever. I'm not changing a thing. Watch. Next Saturday will be a yawn.

Across the aisle from our booth was an Avon Lady. She had eyebrow pencils on sale. I couldn't decide what color would be best so I bought one Brown and one Light Brown. I need to practice putting it on but which one looks best? Brown on the left or Light Brown on the right?

I'm putting on this picture of a Red-bellied Woodpecker from the other day because I saw one this morning but missed taking its picture.

Once I was home and unloaded the car (including the heavy and awkward table), I sat down to write my words for the day. It was a struggle but I managed to write 1,694 words in a couple hours. They're not brilliant, not by a long shot, but they're written and that's what counts in November.

I was so tired when I got home that it was all I could do to write. So I didn't draw or paint or draw a gratitude journal. Although if I did a gratitude journal it'd just be a big 16! on the page. That was so cool.

BiG 16!! Definitely a banner day. 👌 Congrats. I vote for the light brown eyeshadow. Be sure to wear your lucky outfit next time out.
