This House Finch was on the platform feeder in the sunshine and it's head and breast were so bright I had to take a picture. Naturally it's blurry. Of course it is.
My cleaning lady came this afternoon and while she was cleaning I transcribed eight more story starts onto the Alphasmart and then into Word. My house is so nice and clean now. She does such a good job.
The Black-eyed Susans are still blooming but I don't want to climb the hill to take a close-up picture of them because I don't want to hurt my knee even more so you get this long range photo that's a little blurry like the bird picture today.
I didn't draw again today and I didn't do a gratitude journal page this evening because I had the Writer's Guild meeting. I promise I'll do both of them tomorrow. After I go to the market for bananas, denture fizzies, and arnica cream. A writer friend told me that I should get arnica cream to put on my sore muscle. I'm ready to try anything. I dug out the Biofreeze today and have rolled that on the back of my knee a couple times. It helps for a while.

I'm glad your friend recommended Arnica for your knee pain. It does work, at least it did for me. As I was standing at my kitchen window, a red headed woodpecker landed on a palm tree in my neighbor's yard. It pecked around on that very rough trunk of the tree and I guess it found something because it stayed a while. First time I've seen one of those around here.
